Care of hand-dyed fabrics and threads

All fabrics and threads purchased here can be washed in cool water with mild detergents. I do not recommend washing intense colors. Important: do not soak the fabric or the finished product!

Patterned fabrics can be washed without fear in the usual way.

I strongly do not recommend using all kinds of markers for marking the base. It is not impossible to predict how the fabrics will behave in this case. It is better to mark the fabrics with monofilament.

Sometimes there are questions about whether it is possible to hoop a hand-dyed fabric in a nyurge-type hoop. I had a case when the factory fabric was damaged in the nyurge hoop. The embroidery was mine and the design is quite small. I suggest that you act here at your discretion. Cases of damage to my hand dyed fabrics from the hoop are unknown to me.

The ideal storage option for any hand-dyied fabric is on a roll.

With each cut purchased here, you will receive a label with the name of the fabric, the count and recommendations for caring for the wash.
