I really hope that you will be satisfied with the fabrics that you bought in my shop. But if, for some reason, the product did not suit you, for example, the color of the base is categorically not combined with the chosen design of embroidery, you can return the purchase.

At the same time, there are some conditions for returning the goods.

1. The fabric must comply with the original characteristics, that is, retain its presentation at the time of return. The fabric should not be washed, and the label with the name of the fabric should also be preserved.

Important: rules for the care of hand-dyed fabrics.

2. If the base is of proper quality, and simply did not suit you in color, in this case the shipping cost is not refunded, only the cost of the fabric is refunded.

3. If the fabric has any defects in coloring that I missed due to the human factor, the shipping cost is compensated together with the refund of the cost of the fabric.

Important: linen fabrics have a natural structure in the form of uneven threads, pellets, small areas of unpainted (patterned fabrics) due to the fibrousness of the threads and other defects corresponding to linen. The disadvantages listed above related to the structure oflinen are non-refundable.

Also, the formation of folds on the canvas is not a defect due to the high hydrophilicity of linen, which causes rapid absorption of moisture and rapid drying of the fabrics.

4. The refund is made to the same card from which the payment was made for the goods, within 10 calendar days from the date of the buyer's request.

5. Please note: there is no fabric exchange, only a refund.
