Upon receipt of payment, I carefully package your order. If delivery is carried out by Russian Post, I send you a tracking number for tracking.
If delivery is carried out by CDEK or Boxberry, you will receive a track number along with the invoice.

When buying a product on the site, you can save it and store it for up to six months. To do this, in the questionnaire when placing an order, select the "Storage of the order" item.
In the "Delivery" section, your city is automatically indicated, there, when storing the order or self-delivery, you do not need to change anything.

How to place an order?

Payment for goods is carried out on a foreign card. After receiving a screenshot of the payment from you, I send you a receipt confirming the purchase of the goods.

As soon as your purchase request has been sent, I collect your order and send you payment details. What awaits you when unpacking the package? Your fabrics will be wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a craft box. All cuts will be overlocked, on each fabric you will see a sticker with information: fabric name, size, count and care instructions (stickers do not damage fabric). And you will also receive a small compliment for your purchase.

If you liked some fabrics and you want to buy them, just put them in the basket and place an order by filling in all the necessary fields in the questionnaire: full name, address, phone number, way of contacting you, where I could send you payment details goods: VKontakte, Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp,
e-mail.

Delivery of goods is carried out worldwide by Russian Post and transport companies CDEK and Boxberry.

The cost of delivery by Russian Post is 250-350 rubles. Delivery by transport companies CDEK and Boxberry is calculated individually when placing an order, as a rule, the amount ranges from 210 to 400 rubles.

The maximum time for sending parcels after payment is a week, usually it happens faster.

After sending the parcel by Russian Post, without fail, you will receive a track number with which you can track the delivery of your order. If delivery is carried out by CDEK or Boxberry, the system sends you a track number along with an invoice for payment for the goods.

I am currently working on connecting a payment system to the site for your convenience. In the meantime, payment for goods on the site is carried out on the cards of Sberbank, Tinkoff, VTB, Uralsib banks, including through the fast payment system. Foreign customers can pay for the purchase on a foreign card.

After receiving a screenshot of the payment from you, I send you a receipt confirming the purchase of the goods.
